No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before checking out.
🚚 Who is responsible for my order once it's shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, Soleluixa is no longer responsible for the package. Any delays, losses, or issues in transit must be handled with the shipping carrier directly.

⏱️ How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Tracking info will be provided once your order is shipped.
🌍Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, Soleluixa ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping zones in the future.
❌ What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at soleluixa@gmail.com if you notice an error. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or retrieve the package.
