• All orders are preorders and made-to-order. Once payment is received:
• Your order is sent to our supplier for production
• Production time: 1–3 business days
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays
• During high-volume periods, please allow an additional 1–2 days

🚚 Shipping Timeline

• Soleluixa uses a multi-step fulfillment process:
• Shipping from supplier to Soleluixa: ~5 business days
• Final shipping to you via USPS Express: 1–2 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days
• Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues may occur.

📮 Tracking & Responsibility

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
• Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update
• Once the package is handed to the carrier, Soleluixa is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft

📌 Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
• Soleluixa is not liable for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
