At Soleluixa, we aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please review our full shipping policy below:
1. Processing Time
All orders placed through Soleluixa are preorders and made-to-order.
Once payment is received:

Your order is sent to our supplier for production.

Production takes approximately 1–3 business days.

This does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

Once production is complete, your item is shipped to Soleluixa, which takes around 5 business days.

We then ship the item to you using USPS Express, which usually delivers in 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed to the carrier.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to begin updating.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, Soleluixa is no longer responsible for the package.
Issues such as delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Soleluixa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
